Michael Schwartzkopff
Michael Schwartzkopff is Senior Expert Manager at InWEnt, Capacity Building International, Germany. He is political scientist in international development politics with specialisation in environmental policy and sustainable development with work experience for more than 25 years. Mr Schwartzkopff is especially experienced in environmental management, resource efficiency, energy and sustainability. As Senior Expert he is responsible for the management of international capacity building activities, including conceptualisation, budgeting, organization and monitoring and therefore highly accustomed to working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams. International cross-cultural experience he gained through project coordination in different countries like Brazil, Egypt, India, the Southern Caucasus states, among others. Mr Schwartzkopff was also engaged furthermore for one year as an expert for development cooperation in Brazil in the field of agriculture and environment.On the strategic and operational levels, Mr Schwartzkopff is experienced in networking with different governmental and private bodies, also based upon his work for the Senate of Berlin in coordinating the development policy of the State of Berlin.
