Dr. Abdel Kawi Ahmed Mokhtar Khalifa, Chairman of the Egyptian Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development
He has over 38 years experience in the field of water projects management, Civil Engineering with in depth practices in design of irrigation and drainage systems, domestic water supply and sewage networks, water resources, water budget study, harbour and coastal engineering. Dr. Khalifa has an extensive experience in the field of ground and surface hydrology, environmental engineering and has taught many courses related to irrigation, drainage, hydrology, coastal engineering, environmental engineering, water resources and construction management. Between 1990 and 2004 he was the owner of KCE ( Khalifa Consulting Engineers)Before that he was consultants for the Hydraulics & Sediment Research Institute, Ministry of Public Works and Water Resources, Egypt.
