Graham Fraser
Graham Fraser is Canada’s Commissioner of Official Languages and an author with 40 years of experience in the field of journalism. He studied at the University of Toronto, where he earned a BA and an MA in history. Over the years, he has held positions of ever-greater responsibility at various newspapers.
He has been awarded honorary PhDs by the Université Sainte-Anne and the University of Ottawa, and has received the Public Policy Forum’s Hyman Solomon Award for Excellence in Public Policy Journalism.
