Aneesha Vale
Qualifications: B. Admin Honnours in Industrial Psychology, Associate degree in International Management, concentrating on International Project Management, Teams and Intercultural training, Certificate in Labour Law.
After graduating she completed a Management Development Program in Germany, which set the scene for her career in Human Resources. She has been employed amongst others by corporations such as Daimler Chrysler, Coca Cola and worked in the field of Human Resources management. As HR consultant for Mercedes Benz South Africa, she worked on projects in South Africa, Germany and Turkey. She has been working as an independent consultant in SA since 2001 has gained enriching personal experiences, valuable insights and competencies in dealing and achieving results with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and across all hierarchical levels of organisations. Her main objective in the HR Environment is to find the best possible balance between creativity and structure for optimum benefits of all stakeholders.
Aneesha is a former CDG alumni , having participated in a management development program in Germany in 1990, and is currently working with Inwent as the Alumni Coordinator for Southern Africa, InWEnt.
