Robert Picciotto
Robert Picciotto, Visiting Professor, Kings College (London) holds graduate degrees from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de l’Aeronautique (France) and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs (Princeton). In his last assignment at the World Bank, he reported to the Board of Directors as Director-General, Evaluation. He had previously served as Vice President, Corporate Planning and Budgeting and as Director, Projects Department in three of the World Bank’s regions. He is a member of the United Kingdom’s Independent Advisory Committee on Development Impact and serves on the boards of the United Kingdom Evaluation Society and the European Evaluation Society.
