Annette Rathjen
She worked in Niger, Ghana and Zambia as consultant for vocational training and education for the German Development Service (DED). Then she was called upon to work as in-House-Trainer in the head-office of the same organization in Berlin, Germany. In 1999 she moved to Bonn to work as Head of section ‘Training and Placement of Executive Personnel from Developing Countries’ in the international Department of the German Placement Agency. She stayed in Washington, D.C. where she worked as consultant for the World Bank. In 2007 she joined InWEnt, Capacity Building International where she currently serves as Director for Planning and Monitoring.
